Refunds are available but there are certain conditions that make them eligible, these conditions are different from 2D art & 3D modeling and can be seen in more detail by scrolling further through this page.-The clients must send their ideas and questions to:

Provide clear references of the character(s) and their pose(s). Additionally, please provide good information related to fixes/changes if needed.-Ideas submitted by the client are subjective to get rejected for any circumstance.-Be patient, please.
Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates are constantly sent to EACH client currently on queue to keep them informed on the commission's process.Any sort of Rushed, Agressive and/or Rude attitude caused by the client will result in the commission process' cancelation and an refund will be issued.
If the work has had enough progress and the client performs this attitude, the artwork/model will get through its completion, but ALL comunication with the client will be ignored.After each of these cases are presented, the user will get blacklisted and they will Not be able to engage with the artist again in any platform.-Please do NOT ask to work on a whole different art style!-2D Art Discounts.
The client can receive discounts from 5% to 25% for 2D Art commissions by joining the Patreon or SubscribeStar! (Links can be found in this carrd's main menu.)-All rights of the finished 2D Art or 3D Model goes towards the client. However, a Shoutout/Credit to the original artist will be highly requested!
2D Commissions
-First come, first served??
No, clients will have a time period to submit their ideas along with their character & pose visual references. Once the time is over, these submissions will be subjectively selected and the clients will get a reserved Slot.The amount of Slots available are subjected to change every time commissions get open.-How does the queue work?
Invoices will be sent to the clients first in the queue, everyone else will have to wait. Defining who gets first to last spots can be completely random.-Partial payment is available
$30 is needed to start the sketch, once it's done and ready to comence the Linework process, the rest of the commisision has to be paid.-About REFUNDS
Refunds are ONLY available during the Sketch-Lineart process, If the Lineart process gets done, refunds and major changes WON'T BE AVAILABLE.-If the commission is allowed to the public, a Low-Res JPG version of the pic will be posted on Twitter (@Hazeker or @HazzekerArtz).
3D Commissions
-The character MUST be already designed.
Prices cannot be set if there isn't a VISUAL reference of the character. (Walls of text won't be accepted)-A FULL or PARTIAL Payment is needed before hand and can only be processed when an invoice has been issued.-Partial payment can be done trough PARTS:PART 1 -> Base Model
PART 2 -> Texturing
PART 3 -> Rigging
PART 4 -> Finishing Parts and .Blend/FBX filesIt's possible to pay for PART 1 in order to start with the model's creation process, once PART 1's process is done, payment for PART 2 should be required to continue and the process repeats with the rest of PARTS.Please keep in mind, once a PART process is finished, the amount spent for it WILL NOT be eligible for a refund!-The models will be provided in .BLEND files and .FBX formats ONLY.-The client is ALLOWED to modify/change the model by themselves or request these modifications to a third-party 3D artist.-RESELLING the commissioned model is NOT ALLOWED.
